During the May 9th, 2020 Bryan College graduation ceremony it was announced that Jonathan Hostetler, RCA class of 2016, graduated as the Bryan College 2020 Valedictorian with a perfect 4.0 college GPA.    Jonathan joins Timothy Hostetler, RCA class of 2015, as the second RCA graduate in the past two years to take the top academic honor at the Dayton, TN Christian college.  Both RCA graduates were the only students in their respective classes who were able to maintain a 4.0 GPA throughout their college careers.

As a student at RCA, Jonathan participated in soccer, basketball, baseball, theater and music while maintaining a 4.0 high school GPA.  After graduating from RCA, Jonathan enrolled at Bryan College to pursue a degree in Business Administration: Accounting and Economics/Finance option.

While at Bryan College, Jonathan not only maintained a 4.0 GPA in his academic studies but also played soccer, basketball and baseball for the college all while participating in three international mission trips to Haiti, Costa Rica and Belize and serving as a Resident Assistant his Junior and Senior years.  Jonathan plans to pursue an MBA in Business Administration and sit for the CPA exam during the coming year as he pursues a career in accounting.

  • RCA brings to my mind thoughts of grace, love and family. My family has been blessed to meet and know other families that attended before our kids enrolled. By His grace, we learned of the school and the wonderful environment it was. The love that is poured out for the kids, and by the kids, is amazing. Being a part of RCA is truly like being a part of a family. I feel that my child is treated not just as a student, but a part of a family, part of the Body of Christ. Knowing the love, care and instruction that he receives is a true blessing. — RCA Parent Read more
