Mrs. Julie Tran - Kindergarten (K4, K5)


Mrs. Tran has her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Bryan College, with endorsements in Special Education and Early Childhood. She taught for 5 years in the Rhea County School system, 1 year at Dayton City School, and 1 year with the Tennessee Early Intervention program. This is her 9th year teaching at RCA.  She and her husband, Fred, have two children.  Amanda and Kayla attend RCA.

Mrs. Tammi Freuler - 1st & 2nd Grades

Mrs. Freuler is a graduate of Bryan College with a degree in Elementary Education.  Mrs. Freuler and her husband, James, have lived in such interesting places as Alaska and Maine.  They have three children.  Her son Judah attends RCA.

Mrs. Lisa Kubelick - 3rd & 4th Grades


Mrs. Kubelick has her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.   She previously taught for three years at Rhea Central Elementary.  Her son Isaac attends RCA.

 

 

  
 

 Miss Kristen Nachtwey - 5th & 6th Grades

Miss Nochtway is a graduate of Bryan College with a degree in Elementary Education.  Miss Nochtway has worked in various capacities with children throughout her college years and has served on more than 10 oversees mission trips.
 

Mr. Tim Wehse - Administrator/5th- HS History and  1st-HS P.E. teacher

Mr. Wehse is our first full-time administrator/teacher.  After serving three years in the United States Army, Mr. Wehse graduated from Bryan College with a degree in Biblical Studies (1991).  He also has a M.A. from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Fl (1996).  Prior to joining the staff at Rhea County Academy, Mr. Wehse served as a pastor in Las Vegas, NV.  Mr. Wehse and his wife, Jodi, have four children.  Celena and TJ attend RCA.
